Yoga
Yoga can be practised by anyone of any age and in any state of health. Yoga works with the mind, body and breath – you do not have to be flexible to practise yoga! Yoga will help you to become more flexible but the practise of yoga is about so much more than flexibility; it helps reduce tension, improve breathing, increases relaxation and calms the mind. Jenny is a BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) teacher and offers yoga classes suitable for all abilities. Classes generally last for 1 ½ hours and consist of postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation.
Baby Massage
Learn a full body massage routine that will enhance the bond with your baby, improve baby’s body awareness and coordination, address common problems such as colic, wind and constipation, help your baby to relax. Suitable for babies aged from 8 weeks to pre-crawling. Jenny is trained to the highest standards in infant massage teaching and offers baby massage teaching in a group class environment or on a one-to-one basis in your home.
